Fishing Report fo Lake Texoma - August 2010

Lake Texoma water is off color and 84 to 88 degrees. The lake is 1.04' low. Largemouth bass are only fair on buzz-baits early morning, around midday switch to spinner-baits, Texas-rigged Power-Worms or jigs. The Crappie fishing is fair on live minnows and jigs over and around brush piles and around the bridge. Striped bass fishing is fair/good early morning on top-waters, later midday switch to live shad in about 15 to 40 feet of water. Catfish are fair/good on chartreuse (with Worm Glo) night-crawlers and cut shad.
