Lake Belton Fishing Report - July

On Lake Belton the Largemouth bass are good on darker spinner-baits in the coves. Lake Belton's water is fairly clear and at 82 degrees. The Lake is 2.05' below pool. The White bass are fair by trolling perch-type Rat–L–Traps. The Hybrid stripers are fair while trolling perch-type Rat–L–Traps. The Crappie fishing is fair on live minnows under your lights at night time in approximately 30 feet of water. The Channel catfish fishing is slow, as well as Blue catfish and Yellow catfish.
