Choke Canyon Fishing Report July 2010

Choke Canyon water is clear and 85 degrees. Largemouth bass are only fair on small white/chartreuse spinner-baits, shallow running crank-baits, and pumpkin Whacky-Sticks with chartreuse tails along main points. The Lake is 3.29' below pool. White bass are also slow. Crappie fishing is slow. Catfish are very good on live-bait. Yellow and blue catfish are very good on live bait in the upper most parts of the river.
