The Toledo Bend water is slightly stained and is 70 to 73 Degrees F. The lake is 11.72’ below normal pool. The Largemouth Bass are fairly good on chartreuse soft plastic worms, spinner-baits, and deep diving crank-baits. The Striped bass are slow at this time. The White bass are pretty good on Li’l Fishies. The Crappie are only fair on live-minnows. The Bream are good on crickets and night-crawlers in about 5 to 10 feet of water. The Channel Cats and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with shrimp and night-crawlers. The Yellow catfish are very slow.
