Bass fishing is only fair on this lake, Catfish are excellent, Crappie are excellent and Striped Bass are excellent.
The water on Richland Chambers is off color and is around 56 degrees . The lake is around 0.17' high above pool level. The Largemouth bass fishing is only fair using soft plastic frogs, Texas rigs, Rat L Traps or spinner baits. The White bass fishing is only fair on live shad or slabs. Hybrid striper fishing is fair using slabs or live shad. Crappie fishing is fair with live live minnows or jigs. Catfish are fair with prepared bait or night crawlers.
